O4 Factory 7000 miles.Dont get me wrong i love my bike but after nine monthes its list of problems is getting a tad tiresome.Latest occuring today after a blast across n'yorks moors to whitby pulled in for a fag and noticed oil seeping from left stantion, surely not with ohlins??Any idea if its a big job/hours labour/cost etc as only had job done on rwu forks.Cheers boys.
This would be better in the main RSV forum mate - where more people will see it. Those Ohlins are renowned for leaking - there's a GSX-R seal that gives a better fix I believe but I'm a Showa man myself - sure someone else will be along to help soon.:thumbup

ohlins have an ideal time for servicing i believe which is every 6k miles
you can used gsxr as there double lipped seals
mine run standard seals with no issues
alot is to do with the fitting
it's gixer k3-k4 seals, I have them in mine and not had a problem since.
Really good upgrade. Only use genuine suzuki ones (they are cheaper than ohlins too!)
