Fault code 50 (2005 factory rsv)

Hi everyone out there,can anyone help? Bike runs but very sick,it feels like it's low on fuel.I read the code then swithed off,the code cleared it revved out fine for a few seconds,then EFi back on,and back to poor running.Any idea's much appreciated.
