Look at Yoyodine and see if they offer any specials for group buys.

I'll put in 1 vote for the Stella and Acculigns. Only problem with them is he doesn't make the shift and brake levers for Aprilias. They are sweet looking rearsets though.

which, btw...for you non-americans, if you've got a local aprilia or parts vendor you've got a good relationship with, tell them to give me a holler, i don't suspect a US vendor will be too helpful for you guys after shipping is all said and done. :banghead

we've got three sites currently, almost 10,000 members total they would be catering to.

Ok, i talked to one of our contacts...

The Good News
we're well on our way to getting something done, we'll have to see the prices we can get, and what you guys came up with.

The Bad News
You folks abroad are going to get killed on the shipping. Sorry, just not a lot we can do about this. There are TWO options. 1) If we get something small, like say power commanders, we could prolly put them all in one box and ship it to someone, who then ships or has people come pick them up (i'm thinking this would work well for the UK people who see each other regularly). or 2) If any of you guys have any sort of contact with a parts distrubutor (preferably in the EU/UK) LET ME KNOW. We might be able to have a setup for a US source and EU source.

For you guys not in the US, UK, or EU...i'll be willing to ship to you, but can't bear any of the costs...if you can get more locals to join the site, and participate then maybe we can do something similar to what i proposed for the euro-folk.

I guess this will be the problem...find a USA vendor and then 'accidentally' forget about the European/UK/Australia etc users......Sorry to be negative but there appears to be a bit of a bias here!!! Correct me if I'm wrong:O

i'm sorry, i take a bit of offense to that statement. Its kinda of impossible for us to "forget" about the UK (and EU) members on this board...you guys comprise the bulk of it. :hail We do have two other boards that have a strong US base, and this was something we were starting before this board came online.

Since day one i've been looking for a vendor in the UK or EU for our european members (we have strong UK and EU presence...as well as OZ/NZ...on our other boards). To date, no one has even given me a name or number to follow up on. I'd like nothing more than to have a vendor for you European guys, and as far as this site goes consider that to be the priority for this site....over the US members.

Help me out. I'll make it happen. :cheers

Hi Crash, sorry, I didn't see this thread before !

Hi Crash,

A few uk based guys take our bikes to www.southerncrossmotorcycles.co.uk in London. When I took my bike there for a service 2 weeks ago I told them I had been recommended by RSVZONE and maybe other guys have done the same so it's worth a try. Top service, the even did a mod to my rear brake and it works perfectly now!

I'm new to this board but may be able to help on the vendor front. While I'm not an authorised dealer for motorbike parts(I deal in mountain bike gear) I do have a good relationship with a motorbike bike shop that helps me out with stuff so have access to most goodies. I'm sure he'd be up for supplying stuff at cheap prices if i do the leg work.

let me know what your criteria is and I'll see what I can do.

Hi Paul

Here is a pic of the TRW rearsets, they are as well made as the AP ones. I can do a single set of these for £288 delivered or £270 delivered for 3+ sets.
