You might have found the link for the subscriber mail at the top of the page is a "Subscriber Mail" link. Click the link, choose a password and it's done.
If you're worried about manually setting up an email account, hopefully this will help. I've done this using Outlook Express, other email clients would use similar settings.
***This how-to was written for our other site TLZone.net, but will work for here as well. Replace anywhere you see tlzone.net, with rsvzone.com ***
Go to "Tools / Accounts / Add / Mail"
1) Enter your name as you want others to see it when they receive mail from you

2) Enter your TLZ email address

3) Enter the server name.

3a) (Some ISP's wont allow you to use other SMTP servers, so enter your ISP SMTP server i.e smtp.iprimus.com.au or whatever your ISP one is, but it may get a little trickier than that, you might have to do step 7 and not step 6 or not worry about authentication at all (Step 5) to send email via your tlzone.net account. If authentication is needed, in step 7 enter your ISP login username and password).

4) Enter your user name given and password you created (if you have a space in your TLZ username, you will have to use an underscore, it's created for you ie Steve TLS = steve_tls)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v16/Steve_TLS/tlz_email/4_login.jpg
5) Now you have to double click the account to edit an option. If you're using the TLZ SMTP server, it needs authentication. (If you're using your ISP SMTP you may or may not have to alter this.)

6) Then click "settings" and make sure it's set to use your incoming mail server settings.

7) Or alternatively enter it manually again
