How easy to balance throttle bodies

I'm getting pins and needles in my left thumb and I think its down to the throttle bodies not being balanced properly, I also own a Suzuki TLS so know twins vibrate through the bars a bit, but was wondering how easy they are to do any how too guides anywhere or will the online manual for the earlier RSV model cover this:confused

Never thought of that, we've got an Aldi up the street. I've always given mine to my accountant.
