Service reset

Looking through the "How to" thread and saw the instructions to reset the service indication on the LCD dash.

Resetting the service light
Key on
Press Lap and R for 5 seconds

Call me a tube, but I cannot see the "R" button for the life of me :O
Probably someting really stupid as I tend not see things right in front of my face :huh

I read on into the "How to" posts just a wee bit more and actually found the right set of instructions I should have been using :jack

I think it's the + and - button on the left side of your LCD dash.

the R button is the midddle button onthe dash, the one you use to zero the ododmeter.

Cheers guys, but as I mentioned above, I cannot see things in front of me.

The R button only exists on the earlier RSV's, it is the + & - buttons I should have been holding. This was explained to me in another thread in the "How to" guide once I had actually looked properly....................... that will teach me :confused

Running in and out of the house to the garage like a twat refering to my owners manual and laptop then looking for these non existant buttons on my dash :biggrin:biggrin:biggrin:biggrin
