220 Miles

Never has 220 miles felt so tiring, you lot don't know how lucky you are, in your comfortable offices, I have had to concentrate 100% all day trying to keep my bike on the tarmac whilst whizzing round the bends, my bloody jaw aches from all that grinning too.

Don't know how I will stay awake in the pub tonight whilst having a few beers with Mary and Imogen.
