Sussex Riders?

Hi All, thanks for the responses to my thread about the bad fuel consumption on my Mille, and the poor low rev power. All now sorted with a new chip and get the bike back tomorrow.
Couple of things - any riders in the Sussex area? Should be as we've got and Ap dealer in East Grinstead, and I'd like to make contact re rides etc.
Also, is anyone going to Brighton this Sunday for the big biker meet there? If so, maybe a few of us could meet up and ride down.

mate love to meet up there is loads of us around london but nobody bothers(armchair 6) go to rye harbour often thinking of doing brighton not sure yet havn't been confirmed with the rest what we are doing sunday......:biggrin

Glad your gettin ya bike back all sorted mate, mate as for rides out ya wastin your time, out of 306 members myself and Rs3mille have tried to get people out ridin, and to be honest its like smackin your head against a wall, 6 / 7 of us meet up now every week and have a ride out, great bunch of blokes, so good luck to you mate tryin to drag the rest out :thumbup:thumbup

Well fellas, looks like I'm going to be the one to try and get a few Mille riders together then for the occasional ride! Coz I', mid way between London and South coast and only 10 minutes from M23 and M25, I can be pretty flexible, so hope very much to meet up with some of you soon. I'm deffo going to Brighton on Sunday, so can meet around the East Grinstead / Crawley area if any takers. Y'all be careful now . . . .

Like little un and rs3 says, its like pullin teeth tryin to get people out for a blast, but the armchair 6-7 are meetin quite regular now. Stansted is the usual meeting place as its quite central, and the local roads are good. :thumbup:thumbup

We are off to Rockingham to see a fellow website member "Badger" race his RSV on sunday, so keep an eye out for meeting place and timings! Take it easy buddy! :thumbup

Hate to say it mate , but me and rs3mille did say hardly anyone can be bothered to ride out, the armchair six would of come but we had already arranged the Rockingham run to see Badger, but we will sort a ride out with ya soon mate :thumbup:thumbup:thumbup

I'll be up for a ride sometime trackrod944. Live in South Croydon myself. Cant do this weekend mind, am Best Man a wedding on the Sat so will be feeling a bit worse for wear Sunday. If anybody else fancies a run the following Sunday let me know.

Looks like you RSVR27 and me are now the South East riders! And my bike's back in the dealers yet again (not for long I hope). I'm only in Felbridge, just up the A22 from East Grinstead, and it's only about 15 miles from Croydon.

didn't mean anything by that comment just think it is not far to meet up!commuting at the moment round the m25 to jnct 9 everyday from woolwich just seems to be alot of people on the forum close by and nobody meets up seems to be the same crew all the time and it is a laugh watching all the faces on the jap boys as the thunder comes whereever we turn up :devious
