very nice mate welcome to the forum, one thing i will say have a look at getting some rubber sorted for the new toy dont wanna ditch it......
That's the first thing I'm gonna sort out mate. The previous owner put a bloody Avon Azaro on the rear before selling it and left the front with a part worn Dunlop D208 GP! Want to get a good mix of grip and wear n tear, any suggestions?

looks like a michelin sport thingy on the front, bit like the pirelli supercorsa summer/track tyre not sure what the rear is looks dodge to me.

nice work the most important thing on the bike is the tyres, most will agree but many will disagree but for all round road riding pirelli diablo corsa 3's every time IMOA :thumbup

Thanks mate, had heard these were one of the best tyres for the Ape. Recommend anywhere to buy them from?

Black and round is always a good choice but i have the added bonus of being able to fit them myself, normally quite cheep not sure how much a shop would charge to fit them. think i paid about £180 for a pair but that was a while ago now might be a bit cheaper now.
