sounds like he was on his scooter and a truck made a u-turn in front of him.

I think it was in japan,a lorry did a u turn in front of him.

RIP.
I was fortunate enough to meet him and he let our race team have a party in the moto yamaha team tent at the world superbikes 2005. Quiet chap but i thik thats the japanese way.
